01 : ARRIVE DELHI
Our company representative will receive you on your arrival at the
international airport.
Transfer
to the hotel.
Since, most international flights into Delhi land between late
evening/midnight and early morning, the touring activities are scheduled
only from the following day.
Delhi : Indias capital & a major gateway to the country, contemporary
Delhi is a bustling metropolis which successfully combines in its fold the
ancient & the modern. Its strategic location was one of the prime reasons
why successive dynasties chose it as their seat of power. New Delhi also
reflects the legacy the British left behind . The division between New &
Old Delhi is the distinction between the capitals of the British & the
Moghuls respectively. So, wherever the visitor goes, he will invariably
confront the citys past.

Day 02 : DELHI
After a leisurely breakfast embark on a sightseeing tour of New Delhi where
ornate buildings recall the days when India was the Jewel in the crown of
the British empire. Visit the 11th century Qutab Minar Tower, the India
Gate and the grand government buildings, the President's House and
Parliament House all dating back to the time of British Raj. The imperial
city of New Delhi generates a mesmerizing charm reflecting well-composed
and spacious streets under the shade of imposing government buildings.

Day 03 : DELHI / MANDAWA
After breakfast drive to Mandawa ,often called the 'open air art gallery of
Rajasthan', the region is famous for the high quality frescoes. Mandawa,
established in the 18th century, is a nice town with several excellent
havelis. The Fort above the town is now a hotel with a small museum and
nice paintings. There is a good view of the countryside from the fort.
After lunch a small sightseeing of Mandawa to appreciate the painted
Havelis on the ancient and the famous silk route. Go back in time and
experience the magic of a bygone era.

04 : MANDAWA / BIKANER
Today you will be driven to the relatively remote city of Bikaner, tucked
away in the desert region of western Rajasthan. This is true desert
country. The imposing palaces, beautiful and richly sculptured temples of
red and yellow sand stones display some of the finest creations of Rajput
civilization. It's lust for ''dessert'' or affection for ''desert'' that
tickles every heart to visit Bikaner. Arrive Bikaner by lunch and visit the
unusual Junagarh Fort sumptuously decorated with its ornately lacquered
walls in red & gold and panels of dazzling coloured glass inlay set over
the coronation throne.

Day 05 : BIKANER / JAISALMER
Today you will on your journey through the vast Thar Desert to the ancient
caravan city of Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer is one of the last princely bastions
in the region, founded on the crossroads of lucrative trade routes. The
name Jaisalmer evokes a vivid picture of sheer magic and brilliance of the
desert. The beautiful havelis which were built by wealthy merchants of
Jaisalmer are yet another interesting aspect of the desert city. The rest
of the day will be at leisure. Local colour and warmth prevail over the
inhospitable and forbidding terrain, imbuing the medieval town with a
special magic.

Day 06 : JAISALMER
Explore the honey-coloured fort that emerges from the flat dry desert sands
and enjoy a walk through the maze of narrow streets in the city with
ornately decorated havelis. The most exotic mansions or havelis, all
intricately latticed, are stretched all over Jaisalmer, each with a
different façade. This evening enjoy camel ride by the sand dunes. The
romantic sand dunes are the best way of exploring them and the desert
around being by way of a camel safari. Camel rides on the sand dunes are an
unforgettable experience as is the sunset.

07 : JAISALMER / JODHPUR
After breakfast leave for Jodhpur through the most interesting contours of
the desert landscape and proceed to your hotel. Nestling within the depths
of the Thar Desert, is the stronghold of the Rathore clan - Jodhpur, once
the capital of the former princely state of Marwar, the second largest city
of Rajasthan, after Jaipur. The enchanting forts, temples, other royal
residences and settlements retain its medieval character and comprise the
town's multifaceted attractions. Rest of the day free for rest.

Day 08 : JODHPUR / UDAIPUR
This morning you will visit the majestic Mehrangarh Fort, which dominates
and offers spectacular vistas of the blue-hued city. This magnificent Fort
on a 400ft. high hill can be seen from a great distance. It is said that
when the sky becomes clear after rains, Mehrangarh can be seen from 100
kms. from Jalore Fort.
Later drive to Udaipur. There is no place in Rajasthan, which appeals more
to the imagination of poets and painter, travellers and writers than
Udaipur, an oasis in the desert state of Rajasthan. One of the most
romantic cities in Rajasthan, Udaipur is also known as the city of lakes.
The marble palaces, beautifully laid out gardens and the lakes make Udaipur
seem almost like a mirage in the desert. Enroute you will visit the Jain
temples at Ranakpur, superbly preserved in a near-perfect condition for
over 500 years. Arrive Udaipur and check in to your hotel.

Day 09 : UDAIPUR
In the morning you will take a sightseeing tour of Udaipur. You will visit
the City Palace, poised over Lake Pichola, iridescent with tile and mirror
inlay. You will also explore the town by walking through the narrow,
colourful winding lanes. The light that reflects of the golden sands engulf
a land renowned for its vibrant colours, people in the bright clothes and
beautiful jewellery, living in city dotted and dominated by towering fort
and palaces that rise from sand like a mirage. Udaipur is one of the most
distinctive cities of Rajasthan.

Day 10 : UDAIPUR / PUSHKAR
After breakfast at hotel proceed for Pushkar. On arrival at Pushkar,
checkin in to hotel. Afternoon visit Brahma Temple, Surya Temple and many
other temples with Spiritual city.

Day 11 : PUSHKAR / JAIPUR
Morning drive to Jaipur.
Arrive Jaipur in the evening and transfer to your hotel. Jaipur - the
fabled ''pink city'' of the desert has many palaces and forts of the
yesteryears, which were witnesses to the royal processions and splendors,
are now living monuments.

12 : JAIPUR
After a leisurely breakfast start your sightseeing of Jaipur visiting the
majestic Amber Fort.
Later visit the City Palace-the royal residence of the Maharaja of Jaipur
and is known for its stunning architecture, it also houses a museum. After
lunch, tour of the Palace of Winds also known as Hawa Mahal, this elaborate
building is encrusted with delicate screens and carved balconies. Past,
present and future merge at Jai Singh's observatory, where time has been
accurately measured since the 17th century. Evening free to explore the
colourful bazaars.

Day 13 : JAIPUR / AGRA
This morning drive to the city of Taj, Agra enroute visiting Fatehpur
Sikri-a perfectly preserved red sandstone ''ghost town'' which was the
estranged capital of mughal emperor Akbar. Arrive Agra by lunch and check
in to your hotel. After visit the magnificient Taj Mahal-one of the seven
wonders of the world surely the most extravagant _expression of love ever
created. 20,000 men laboured for over 17 years to build this memorial to
Shah Jahan's beloved wife. Evening free to explore the shopping centers of
Agra.

Day 14 : AGRA / DELHI
Morning you will start your
sightseeing tour of Agra Taj Mahal by Sunrise once again follwed by
visiting Agra Fort-a hilltop citadel with fabulous courtyards, fountains
and gates. In Agra layers of history are peeled away to reveal an amazing
tapestry of life - of wars waged, of great architectural magnificence.
Later drive to Delhi airport to connect your flight to onward destination.
OPTIONALLY, spend a night in Delhi and fly the next day.
Day 15 : DELHI / ONWARD JOURNEY
On time transfer to the airport to connect onward flight.
